Once you put these ingredients all together you will use 3 tablespoons of mix for 1 pound of protein. If you are vegan and don’t eat meat the beauty of this recipe is you can use it on anything you want including tofu to make your tacos with and it’s all sugar-free! Just place it in an airtight container at room temperature and pull it out to enjoy at your convince. Yields 1 cup and stores for 6 months.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon swerve granular sugar
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 cup sweet paprika
My favorite recipe: add frozen chicken thighs and seasoning to instapot with 1/2 cup chicken broth. Use the poultry button on your instapot which cooks on high for 20 minutes. release pressure after 5 minutes and shred the chicken and serve. Jicama wraps from Trader Joes will add a delicious crunch to your keto-friendly taco Tuesday! Enjoy!
